We’re getting doughy – the good folk at MoVida are bringing the bakery across the river and setting up shop at the PM.
MoVida Bakery began as a venture to produce breads for the MoVida restaurants which couldn’t squeeze a bakery operation into their small kitchens. They’re now recognised as one of the city’s finest artisan bakers in their own right. With a philosophy to produce simple, fresh, tasty food, using Victoria’s best ingredients, their open fronted kitchen puts their bakers and chefs on show.
Expect the same yummy goodness that we already know and love, and some tasty delights that will be exclusive to MoVida Bakery in Collingwood. We can’t wait to pick up some warm bread and a cheeky salted caramel donut.

Beer and barley sourdough
Olive, lemon and herb sourdough
Fruit and nut sourdough
Soy and linseed
Rye, buttermilk and seeds (vogbrot)
Pain au chocolate
Pain au raisin
Savoury pies: beef and Px , lamb, and chicken pies
Doughnut (a new flavour launch)
Brunch item: scones and jam, toast with jam and peanut butter.
