Born from a mutual love of food and cooking, LB Delivery is a boutique service that caters to the needs of busy individuals who want a convenient, healthy, nutritious and flavour packed lunch. Made locally in their kitchen in the leafy ‘burbs of Carlton North, LBD are joing The PM in March.
Childhood friends Lee and Elesha aspire to create dishes inspired by the dishes they grew up with, fresh in-season produce and their mood for the day. Their speciality is a modern take on Asian flavours, designed for modern living with a focus on gluten free and vegan offerings, but healthy and flavour packed.
For The PM they’ve created a special menu of Naked Bao’s and skewers; crisp and refreshing lettuce cups with a selection of fillings that range from fresh and punchy larb gai to traditional cantonese style fillings, as well as Cumin lamb, and Spicy tofu Bulgogi skewers.
