From the humble origins of Melbourne’s inner city markets to the festivals and events throughout regional Victoria, Ghost Kitchen is a reflection of Taiwan combining both traditional and contemporary approaches. With a sense of duty and respect for the traditions of Taiwan the catering menu remains faithful to the recipes of Jenny Chen’s ancestors. She believes in food that is essentially healthy, nutritious but with an explosion of flavour. Frustrated with the offerings from most Asian influenced food places, she is an adamant spokesperson for the wonders of Taiwanese food.
